She has been with The ROCK over 9 years and has been in business management and leadership for over 30 years. She’s married to Kevin who has 2 adult children, Justine and Andrew. Bev has 2 adult children of her own, Tom and Nicki, and her son-in-law Deric. Bev is currently attending the Certified Public Manager course at Saginaw Valley University. Dave Thomas has 20+ years of professional experience that includes non-profit planning, adjunct teaching as well as positive youth development and young adult leadership. Dave is currently developing programs for youth at The ROCK. In Dave’s spare time you can find him on the Manistee River enjoying his favorite past time…catching big fish in the great outdoors. She loves teaching new games, getting everyone involved and building relationships. She grew up in Michigan, went to Dow High and then to CMU. She moved out to Maine and was there for 6 years. Now she is back in the mitten state and can’t wait to meet you!

Ginger is married to Mike and they have four children, Alex, Brandon, Lance and Mya. She loves working at The ROCK and really enjoys being around the teens. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.	Aaron Cochran Team Leader Aaron is a lively young man who enjoys being around the children because he basically acts like one. He loves having fun and laughing with the kids. He has worked with youth since he got out of high school in Houston, Texas. He also has much experience in relating to the kids and meeting them where they are at. Along with loving jokes and games, Aaron likes to spend his time playing drums for the past 16 years and spending time with his wife Kali.
Katelen Bennett Activities Assistant	Ashley Sweetman Activities Assistant Ashley is a lively, fun nursing student at Davenport University. She genuinely loves to help people in any way she can. She is actively involved in volunteer programs and especially enjoys showing her goofy side with children of all ages.	Bree Flores Activities Assistant
Damion Horton Activities Assistant Damion is fun easy going and out going. He likes to meet new people and motivate anyone he can. Damion listens and learns from others. He plays football at Northwood University where he majors in Advertising and Marketing Management. He is from Grand Rapids. Damion enjoys working with kids and cars and likes to eat and skate.	Dylan Parsell Activities Assistant	Kylie Anderson Activities Assistant Kylie was born and raised in Wisconsin. She recently moved to Saginaw to be close to family. She is a graduate of Lawrence University in gender studies. She has four younger siblings who she loves dearly. She is excited to positively impact her community.
Katlin Kowalczyk Activities Assistant Kat is from Pinconning but currently lives in Bay City. Kat is a veteran. He was in the MI Army National Guard and now works with kids while he is attending school. Kat loves to have fun playing all kinds of sports and games.	Michelle Aultman Exposure Facilitator	Jill Dietsch Exposure Facilitator Jill was born and raised right here in Midland County, Larkin Township to be exact. She married a local dairy farmer, Dan Owens and has lived on the farm ever since. Jill also has 2 grown sons, Patrick and Samuel who are both in college. Getting involved at The ROCK seemed like a natural fit for Jill. She has been a 4-H leader for 6 years (and a 4-H parent for 12) in archery. She is also a Hunters Safety instructor, has helped Dave start up a fishing program here in Midland County and has taught a fishing class at MSU Expo Days for teens.
Rebecca Cox Exposure Facilitator	Allen Campbell Exposure Facilitator Allen is married to Jody and they have two children and four grandchildren. Presently he serves as Senior Pastor of the North Point Ministries in Midland.	Sharon Miller Exposure Facilitator
Terry King Exposure Facilitator	Pete Fotineas Maintenance Man Pete is a likable guy who gets along well with everyone. He tries to keep busy at home (just can’t sit still and his wife hates it) He has two teenage grandkids who live down state and sees them as much as possible.
